The centre had implemented this program in cooperation with a selection of pious sisters who desire to work in the field of religious propaganda. The first stage of the program was launched in 1425AH/2004AD at both the public and private levels. The program was carried out in cooperation with the Islamic and Arabic Studies Faculty in Ras Al Khaimah / Imam Mohammed ibn Saud Islamic University, Sharia and Islamic Studies Faculty / Sharjah University.
